The property also could be subject to a forced resale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taxes on unused dwellings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This measure, introduced by the federal government in 2022 to curb real estate speculation, will be phased out starting in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, it is not necessary to file the UTH-2900E form in 2025.[\/vc_column_text][mk_button dimension=&#8221;two&#8221;
